You won’t have any trouble fitting your large RV into our oversized spaces. Most of our spaces are 80 feet long. All spots include a concrete RV site, parking space and a private concrete patio stamped and stained for your enhanced experience.

Rock House
Step back in time when you walk inside this historic structure built during the Depression. We’ve renovated throughout to bring you the heated and cooled observation area with 35 mile views.
One of the most unique perks we offer is the Rock House’s underground basement and storm shelter. You never have to worry about severe weather when you stay at Lookout Mountain RV Park. Grab your favorite beverage and unwind with us below the Lookout Room, tucked away until storms pass.
